Zeer groot buiten winkelcentrum met meer dan 150 winkels en vele grote restaurants voor jong en oud is hier wat te doen , kijk ook eens op de website van Zenia boulevard voor optredes de meeste winkels zijn open van 10:00- 22:00 en tot 23:00 in de zomer periode. Het omvat 161 000 vierkante meters. Er zijn grote filialen van bekende merken, maar ook vele kleine gezellige winkeltjes.Maar ook Decatlon en Leroy Merlin, en de grote supermarkten. Het Habaneras shopping centrum is al sinds 2005 geopend in Torrevieja.
Sindsdien is het al uitgegroeid tot een integraal onderdeel van Torrevieja en de Vega Baja samenleving.
